It was coined by American physicians Joseph Lift and Harry Ingham in 1955 at Los Angeles College in California while exploring collective vibes. This model was first distributed by the UCLA Extension Office in 1955 to the West Preparatory Lab in collecting improvements and was subsequently expanded by Joseph Lift.

Types of Iceberg Model:

  • The Johari window is data about feelings, experiences, perceptions, mindsets, abilities, expectations, and individuals according to their aggregation, according to the four points below.
